In this essay, I tried to descript the venetian resident's rule in the city of Naples. The resident, from the court of this city, was able to rebuild the most important international and european problems in the years between the XVI and the XVII centuries. In the same time he described the domistic and economical problems inside the Spanish viceroyalty and the legal problems between Naples and Venice. The essay wants even to analyse the rule of the despatch, as diplomatic source, and Scaramelli's abilities that let him not only to report the facts to the central venitian goverment, but even to give precious advices.
